科研简介:

  主要研究方向有蛋白质结构与功能,多尺度结构化食品胶体的设计及其对肠道稳态的调节作用、天然高分子基食品包装材料、天然高分子基胶体递送系统等方面。目前已参与发表学术论文40余篇,其中以第一(通讯)作者在ACS Nano,Trends in Food Science & Technology等SCI期刊发表论文16篇,高被引论文1篇,影响因子大于10分的论文5篇,论文总被引1000余次,h因子17。参与国家发明专利申请10余项,已获授权4项。多次在国内外会议上进行学术报告。
